This law should not be used to demand rigid rule-following without context.

A principle can be real even when:
- application differs by context;
- temporary containment is required;
- competing principles must be reconciled;
- timing requires staged action;
- partial compliance is all current capacity allows;
- uncertainty requires humility;
- restoration is underway but incomplete.
