This arc restores field validity by testing whether a `U4` claim, policy, explanation, model, meaning, or declared repair produces coherence at `U6`, survives delay at `U5`, and reduces recurrence at `U7` rather than remaining coherent only inside narrative, symbolic, procedural, or benchmark space.

U4-to-U6 Validation prevents claim coherence from being mistaken for system coherence.
