This entry is conceptual and systems-oriented.

False sovereignty is a standalone Principles / Interfaces failure because sovereignty is a high-order coherence principle. When sovereignty is falsely claimed, the system can convert dependency, capture, coercion, or control into the appearance of freedom.

In UTS terms, sovereignty requires more than the declaration of choice.

It requires the structural capacity to choose, refuse, exit, repair, and answer for consequences.
