  33. Education regulates authoritative knowledge through curriculum, disciplinary boundaries, and credentials.
  34. Philanthropy can convert extracted resources into moral legitimacy without changing the underlying system.
  35. Controlled opposition channels dissent while keeping it dependent on captured infrastructure.
  36. Narrative flooding prevents isolated truths from becoming a coherent public architecture.
  37. Status and social proof shape perception upstream of evidence.
  38. Surface institutions function as nested pseudo-coherent basins.
  39. A pseudo-coherent basin preserves local order by exporting harm and hidden debt.
  40. Survival binding connects livelihood, safety, opportunity, and belonging to participation.
